The Bowcliffe Room is a space where history, elegance and celebration meet. Once the Hall’s original drawing room, this light-filled setting has hosted some of Britain’s most remarkable figures, from eminent aviation pioneers, Robert Blackburn and Amy Johnson, to the one and only Winston Churchill. Today, it retains every ounce of its Georgian charm, with intricate period features and French doors leading onto a sun-drenched south-facing terrace and the beautifully kept gardens beyond.
Accommodating up to 85 guests for a civil ceremony or evening reception, or up to 60 for a wedding breakfast, the Bowcliffe Room offers a setting where timeless beauty, rich heritage and unforgettable moments come together effortlessly.
Tucked away in the gardens, the Chapel is Bowcliffe’s most intimate space, quiet, secluded and full of charm. With space for just 12 guests, it’s a hidden retreat for the gentler moments of your day.

For couples looking for a wedding setting with real character, the Drivers’ Club offers something truly special. Inspired by the golden age of motoring and the effortless glamour of the 1920s, this intimate space blends sumptuous surroundings with a relaxed, luxurious feel. Filled with original motoring art, bespoke pieces and beautiful details, the Drivers’ Club is a place where every corner tells a story. Perfect for stylish, smaller celebrations, it can host up to 85 guests for a drinks reception or 35 for an intimate wedding breakfast, all within one of Bowcliffe’s most atmospheric spaces.
The Bowcliffe Ballroom is a setting where romance and grandeur come together in breathtaking style. Beneath a 23.5 carat gold-gilded ceiling and a magnificent chandelier, this spectacular space sets the stage for a celebration like no other. With room for 80 guests for your ceremony, 60 for dinner and up to 120 for a drinks reception, the Blackburn Wing is as versatile as it is unforgettable.
