Resident wine expert, hospitality veteran and the steady hand guiding every experience at Bowcliffe Hall and The Yorke Arms. Andrew has decades in the industry and a cellar’s worth of knowledge. Since joining the team in 2019, he’s been raising standards (and glasses) across both venues.
Rebecca is your guiding light from the moment you enquire, through to the final farewell. She handles all decisions, details and occasional curveballs with a calm presence and has an uncanny ability to read a room before it’s even set, she oversees sales, planning and on-the-day delivery with flawless precision. She joined in 2019 and hasn’t missed a beat since.
If you’ve seen us on Instagram, stumbled across a beautiful shoot or heard about one of our headline events, chances are Brooke was behind it. After years coordinating events, she now steers the creative ship, leading all things marketing for Bowcliffe and The Yorke Arms. From the Queen’s Jubilee Garden Party to the Beaulieu Motoring Festival and the Legend of Le Mans Dinner, Brooke makes it happen (with finesse!).
Tash joined us in 2024 as Operations Manager and knows every corner of Bowcliffe like the back of her hand. She’s now a full-time event and wedding coordinator, making sure every detail of your celebration is as it should be from the first plan to the last dance. She brings experience, and a true love for what she does.
As Executive Head Chef, Darren oversees every aspect of our culinary operations. Inspired by modern-british style cooking, Darren develops taste bud tingling menus, often utilising homegrown ingredients from the Potting Shed at Bowcliffe Hall. Whether designing a bespoke tasting menu or curating dishes for events, Darren is dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.
If you’ve visited the Drivers’ Club at Bowcliffe Hall, the chances are you have met Alex! As one of the club’s most familiar front-of-house faces, Alex delivers a warm welcome making our members feel right at home at Bowcliffe. Outside of work, Alex loves travelling to Greece to visit family and recharge by the sea.
Paul is an accomplished Events Operations Manager, recognised for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working in close partnership with Tash, they form a seamless team that brings every event and wedding vision to life. Regardless of scale or complexity, Paul ensures each occasion runs with precision, professionalism, and absolute confidence.
Alex is Head Chef across Bowcliffe Hall and The Yorke Arms, working closely with Darren to keep both kitchens running smoothly and ensure consistently high standards. Having been part of the business for 9 years, Alex brings a wealth of experience, passion and organisation to the team, playing a key role in delivering the exceptional food our guests enjoy.
Caitlin brings plenty of energy and enthusiasm to the Bowcliffe events team, helping turn plans and ideas into celebrations to remember. From weddings and birthday parties to corporate events, she loves being involved in all the different details that make each occasion unique. Since joining Bowcliffe in November 2025, she has quickly found her feet, building great relationships with clients and colleagues along the way and embracing the wonderfully unpredictable world of events.
